The team at Meadows Edge believe in working together to provide the best outcomes for our residents. They devised and abide by the home’s values.
Upon admission, each resident is allocated a keyworker who is responsible for ensuring you have everything you need and that any paperwork is completed.
The Keyworker will introduce themselves to you and get to know you, but any member of the team will be able to answer (or guide you to someone) who can answer any questions you may have.
We have a nurse on duty 24 hours a day and a team of carers for any required support alongside our kitchen, h/k, finance and maintenance teams.
